Like it or not, what gets shown on TV influences our society and our culture.  If TV isn’t Size Friendly, how can we expect the real world to be?  Furthermore, if we don’t see complex, varied, non-stereotypical portrayals of people of size on the screen, how are we supposed to feel about ourselves?
